RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Nightline Performance, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refund policy before placing an order.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Nightline Performance. Not all purchases are automatically eligible for a return or refund. We encourage you to contact us before returning any item.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
If you believe you are entitled to a return or refund, please reach out to us at nightlineperformance.service@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
We will review your request and respond as soon as possible. If your return is approved, we will provide further instructions on how to send your item back.
CONDITIONS
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging to be considered for a return
- We do not accept returns on items that have been installed, used, or modified in any way
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no cost to you.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our returns policy does not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the failure is minor, we may choose to repair or replace the item.
