PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are subject to processing times that may vary depending on product availability and manufacturer lead times. Because we source specialised performance parts and upgrades, processing and dispatch times can range from a few days to several weeks. You will be notified by email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We are committed to fulfilling your order as quickly as possible. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you directly at the email address provided at checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping carrier rates at the time of purchase. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

We ship to all states and territories within Australia. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are typically 3–10 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Nightline Performance ships worldwide. International delivery times vary significantly by destination and can take anywhere from 7 to 30+ business days after dispatch. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local government. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are beyond our control.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at nightlineperformance.service@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
